To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or worn items
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will coordinate a return pickup or ask you to ship the item to our return address.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as cash, and our team will contact you to arrange the refund via cash delivery or collection within 5 to 7 business days.
Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will not be issued to any bank accounts or digital wallets.
